Return Policy
3.1. Eligibility for Returns
MediTopis only accepts returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues
- The product has expired upon delivery
- The wrong product was shipped
3.2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging, safety seals, or labels
- Products that are subject to specific non-returnable conditions (e.g., prescription medicines)
3.3. Return Period
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, MediTopis will not accept any return requests.
3.4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or hotline, providing the order number and reason for the return. MediTopis will review the request and respond within 48 hours with instructions for sending the product back.
3.5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect or error by MediTopis, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preferences, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
